VCalla Productions is a brand of historical, cultural, and political coverage by Vincenzo Calla, a podcaster and content creator from Barrhaven in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. VCalla Productions is comprised of various projects that include interviews, on-site reporting, historical research, and civic engagement, especially for youth.

Over 100 guests have joined Vincenzo on various VCalla Productions programs for interviews, including former and current Canadian Cabinet Ministers, MPs, MPPs, Mayors, City Councillors, and election candidates. VCalla Productions has made a global impact, reaching tens of thousands of viewers from across the world, and welcoming guests from other countries as well, including the United States and India.

Currently, Vincenzo is producing three signature VCalla Productions programs, which include The VCalla Show, the flagship show that brings together interviews, the latest headlines, and interesting research, The Political Job Interview, during election campaigns, and Building Barrhaven: The history behind one of Canada’s fastest growing communities. Among various retired VCalla Productions programs are the sister shows Let’s Discuss Politics and Top Ten, comprised of sixty episodes that brought forward political discussion as well as the real stories of politicians from all levels of government from across Canada.

Vincenzo Calla is a digital strategist, communications advisor, content creator, and dedicated community volunteer.

In 2021, Vincenzo founded VCalla Productions to bring together his passions for politics, history, and public education, creating engaging, accessible content that has reached hundreds of thousands across social platforms. His show, The Political Job Interview, was featured on CBC Radio One Ottawa and amassed over 50,000 views during the 2022 Ottawa municipal election. He has also appeared as a youth political panelist on SiriusXM Canada Talks.

Since 2021, Vincenzo has been active in politics across the City of Ottawa on all three levels of government, working on numerous political campaigns. From 2023 until 2025, Vincenzo held various roles supporting former Nepean MPP and Ontario Cabinet Minister Hon. Lisa MacLeod.

In 2025, he co-founded CrossCut Digital Strategies, helping local businesses, community organizations, and political campaigns strengthen their digital presence through high-quality video and media assets.

Vincenzo’s leadership and service have earned him multiple honours, including the Catholic Student Award from the Catholic Education Foundation of Ontario, and the Archbishop of Ottawa-Cornwall’s Award for Catholic Leadership.

Vincenzo currently lives in Barrhaven, a community in Nepean, Ontario, and is in his fourth year of studies in the Joint Honours in History and Political Science program at the University of Ottawa.
